Art has always been more than expression for me—it's been a lifeline, a compass, and a mirror. My work is rooted in personal transformation, drawing from my journey through trauma, healing, and radical self-acceptance. As a late-diagnosed autistic woman and cancer survivor, my lived experiences shape the textures, tones, and stories behind every piece I create.
Through photography, mixed media, and design, I explore themes of emotional resilience, identity, and the sacred messiness of growth. My series often blur the lines between beauty and discomfort, inviting viewers into layered spaces where vulnerability becomes strength and scars become symbols of survival.
The materials I use—like aluminum foil in my Out of the Darkness series—are intentionally reflective and raw. They mirror both internal landscapes and collective struggles, echoing the complex emotions of healing, loss, and hope.
Ultimately, my art is about reclaiming narrative. It’s a call to pause, reflect, and honor the unspoken parts of ourselves. I create to connect—to remind others (and myself) that there is light on the other side of the dark, and that our stories, no matter how fractured, are worthy of being seen.
